At Microscope Central, we want you to be completely satisfied with your precision optics. If your purchase does not meet your professional or educational needs, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

  Pack with Care

  Place the microscope and all accessories in their original factory packaging and protective foam to prevent optical misalignment or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outer shipping carton and send the package via a traceable carrier like UPS or FedEx with appropriate insurance.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition and completeness, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
