Accu-Scope EXI-310 Trinocular Inverted Phase Contrast Microscope
The Accu-Scope EXI-310-PH is a high quality inverted phase contrast microscope ideal for tissue culture, cell detection, cell transfection, and more. The EXI-310-PH microscope is equipped with extra long working distance objectives making it compatible with petri dishes, slides, well plates, roller bottles, and other specimen holders. This microscope provides both phase contrast, and brightfield settings, and can be upgraded to fluorescence. A trinocular viewing head comes standard on this model, so you can add a camera at anytime. The 10x eyepieces have roll-down eyeguards for added comfort, and provide a 22mm field of view. The quintuple nosepiece comes with infinity plan achromat LWD 4x and infinity plan achromat phase LWD 10x & 20x objectives. Additional objectives are available, or you can upgrade to plan fluor objectives. The extra long working distance condenser has a N.A. of 0.3 with a 72mm working distance. The phase contrast slider has 4x/10x and 20x/40x phase annulli and a brightfield position. The flat top stage has a large working area, and an optional mechanical stage can be added to the EXI-310-PH microscope. The 5-watt variable LED illuminator is raged for over 25,000 hours of continued use. This ergonomically designed microscope is built with all internal metal gears and designed for long-term use in a professional setting.
