The Accu-Scope EXM-150 monocular microscope series is best in class, and our most popular selling middle / high school level microscope. Compared to other makes / models in this class the Accu-Scope offers the most features and higher quality optics. The microscope comes with a 10x eyepiece with pointer, and the head rotates 360 degrees for sharing or storing the microscope. The nosepiece is a reversed style nosepiece. This means that the unused objective lenses face away from the user which deters tampering to the front lenses. It comes with 4x, 10x, and 40x objectives. A 100x oil objective is optional and comes with all EXM-151 models. The microscope has a convenient carry handle to safely transport the microscope. There are several models within this product series and depending which model you choose you can have a fixed plain stage or XY mechanical stage. The XY mechanical stage is a high quality built-in stage with drop down XY controls. May other scopes in this price range have an add-on top control XY stage. The microscope has coarse and fine focus and LED rechargeable illumination. A convenient cord wrap is on the back of the microscope to keep the microscope nice and tidy.
A good microscope for students, there are four monocular models to choose from as well as four with dual-view teaching heads. All models ending with a T indicate that the microsope is dual viewing. All models with 151 indicate that the scope includes a 100x oil objective, and all scopes with an MS include a mechanial stage.
