Olympus SZ61 Stereo Microscope 0.67x - 4.5x
This binocular stereo microscope has a 6.7x - 45x total zoom magnification with the included 10x eyepieces - one fixed, the other focusing. Auxiliary reduction lenses are available if increased working distance for soldering, surgery, or dissecting are needed. For increased magnification you can choose the optional 1.6x or 2.0x auxiliary lenses.
We offer your choice from one of the four most commonly used stands, but can customize this on different style / brand stands.
Plain Stand - This basic stand has coarse focus with a reversible black / white stage plate. Since this stand has no built in illumination system you can purchase an external ring light or gooseneck illuminator.
LED Stand - The LED stand provides both transmitted and reflected LED illumination. The top and bottom illumination are independently controlled, and both are adjustable. The LED reflected light comes from a recessed LED light box that has a slight angle adjustment.
Boom Stand - This heavy weighted stand is commonly used for industrial or surgical applications. The
Ball Bearing Boom Stand - The horizontal arm which carries the microscope has ball bearings which allow the arm to be pushed in / out with ease.
